Ingredients: for 5 persons

  • 2 cups of beluga lentils
  • 1 spiced tofu (200g)
  • 2 slices bacon
  • 1 field garlic
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 courgette
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • 1 onion
  • one handfull lemonbalm
  • one teaspoon currypaste
  • lemon juice from half a lemon
  • soja sauce

Approach to cooking:

earth: put olive oil in a pan, heat it, fry tofu and put it on a plate
heat again oil in the pan
metallic: add the cut onion, field garlic, bacon, currypaste and fry them
earth: add cut pepper, courgette and carrot
metallic: season it with pepper
water: season ist with salt and add the lentils
wood: add lemonjuice
fire: add 4 cups hot water
after 20 minutes cooking time you have to taste the lentils if they are cooked;
now you can add fried tofu and sprenkle it with fresh lemonpalm finely cut
now season to taste with lemonjuice salt, pepper, soja sauce
