400g carrots
1/2 onion
piece of ginger
2 cups orange juice
1/2l bouillon-water
1 sip soja milk
salt, pepper
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
1 pinch nutmeg, curcuma
2 twist of soja sauce
fresh peppermint

variation: instead of orange juice use lemonjuice and water

earth: put oil in a pan and heat it
metal: add onions, ginger and carrots
roast it with curry powder
water: add water
cook it until the carrots are cooked
wood: ad orange juice
fire: ad curcuma
earth:ad soja milk
metal: season it with pepper, nutmeg
metal: ad soja sauce and salt

add some water if necessary.

sprinkle it in the end with fresh peppermint
